Out of the courtesy for our service providers, we kindly request a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Please note that for cancellations or reschedules that to not occur within 24 hours, the following charges will apply:

  • 1st Occurence = no charge
  • 2nd Occurence = 50% charged to the card on file
  • 3rd Occurence = 100% charged to the card on file
  • 4th occurence = 100% charged to the card on file and you are no longer able to book services at Trio Salonspa 

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to provide the scheduled service, and a cancellation fee will be applied.

We appreciate your understanding of our policy, which is in place to respect the time of our service providers and other clients awaiting appointments. Deposits are non-transferable in case of a no-show or cancellation beyond the 24-hour policy. Ensure all cancellations are processed through our online booking system or by calling Trio at 319-234-2691 or by responding to your text confirmation; Facebook or Instagram messages will not be accepted. To our amazing clientele, It’s no secret that we love you and your minis, it's been incredible watching them grow! With the salon space and busy staff, having children under the age of 12 poses unique and previously unforeseen challenges. Unfortunately we cannot assure their safety in the salon— we have hot tools, chemical products, sharp objects and no facilities to care for your children while you are in our hands. We kindly ask that you do not bring children under the age of 12 to accompany you during your services. It is in everyone's best interest that children stay safe and out of harms way. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. Client's who bring children to their appointment without alternate care for them while receiving a service may be asked to reschedule and a late cancel fee will apply. 



Services- Trio Salonspa does not issue refunds on salon services. However, we strive to give the utmost satisfaction to our clients and if you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will make every effort to fix the situation. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact the salon within 7 days so we may address these concerns in a timely fashion. At that time, we will reschedule you with the stylist that performed your service initially and make any changes or adjustments indicated. 

Salon Products - Our team strives to choose the best products to help you maintain your hair health and style. If you find you are unhappy with a product purchase, please return it within 30 days from date of sale and we will be happy to offer an exchange or store credit. 

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds on products that are used and opened after the 30 days. The team at Trio Salonspa will gladly share their knowledge on how to use any products we offer, and we appreciate your support of our small business.

Inclement Weather

There are times when the weather causes the need to cancel appointments. We respect the safety of others and in these cases we do not require a 24-hour cancellation. Please be aware that the salon will be open if we are able to arrive in a safe and timely matter. If Trio needs to close due to inclement weather, the team will contact each client starting from the first appointment to the last and will work to accommodate the cancelled guests on another date as soon as it if possible.
